At Western Dakota Tech the success and well-being of our students is our top priority. As we know students sometimes lack resources and access to nutritionally adequate food to maintain healthy, active lifestyles, we have attempted to help fill the gaps with a free, mobile food pantry.

Western Dakota Tech Federally Recognized for Student Diversity

Western Dakota Tech's diverse student body sets it apart from other institutions of higher learning in South Dakota.

That diversity means something to the Federal government. Specifically, Western Dakota Tech's significant Native American enrollment rates have earned it a special Federal designation. Western Dakota Tech is the only college designated as a Native American-Serving Nontribal Institution in the state of South Dakota.

Professional Truck Driver Students Graduate from Western Dakota Tech

Seven students graduated from the Western Dakota Tech Professional Truck Driver Program on March 15.

Grand Opening of Medical Simulation Center, Event Center, Kitchen Remodel Celebrated

Western Dakota Tech continues to prepare for an exciting future full of opportunity. The college hosted a Grand Opening ceremony for multiple, completed expansion projects on March. 16.

The Grand Opening featured tours of the new Medical Simulation Center, Event Center and Kitchen remodel.
