The best way to know if Western Dakota Technical College (WDTC) is for you is to visit campus. Register today (wdt.edu/visit) to attend College Visit Night, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday, July 11.

At College Visit Night, you will find out how attending WDTC can benefit you – whether you are in high school or are a recent high school graduate, are looking to change careers, or want to upgrade career skills. The event will provide an engaging opportunity to learn about WDTC's nearly 40 career programs; visit with Admissions, Financial Aid, and Scholarship/Foundation representatives; and tour campus.

Spring 2023 WDTC Dean's List Students Announced

Western Dakota Technical College congratulates the 240 students named to the Spring Semester 2023 Dean's List. To qualify, students must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a minimum of 12 credit hours in a given semester.

The Dean's List begins with South Dakota students and their hometowns followed by additional states.

Fifty-Four Students Who Complete Nursing Programs Honored During Ceremony

As the need for nurses continues to increase here and throughout the nation, Western Dakota Technical College (WDTC) is helping to fill the high-demand careers with the skilled graduates of its Registered Nursing and Practical Nursing programs.

In recognition of their completion of the WDTC Registered Nursing and Practical Nursing programs, 54 students received pins during a recent ceremony. Receiving pins is a traditional symbolic welcoming of nursing graduates into the nursing field. Select students also received special awards.
