Western Dakota Technical College Named a 'Great College to Work For' for Fourth Consecutive Year
Western Dakota Technical College (WDTC) continues to be one of the best colleges in the nation to work for, according to a new survey by the Great Colleges to Work For® program. This is the fourth consecutive year the college has earned prestigious recognition as a “Great College to Work For”.
The results, released today, Sept. 13, in a special insert of TheChronicle of Higher Education, are based on a survey of 196 colleges and universities. In all, 70 of the 196 institutions achieved “Great College to Work For” recognition for specific best practices and policies. Results are reported for small, medium, and large institutions, with WDTC included among the small universities with 500 to 2,999 students.

WDT Participating in SD UpSkill - Qualifying Applicants Can Earn College Credential at Little to No Cost
Western Dakota Technical College is proud to participate in SD UpSkill. UpSkill supports short-term credentials in programs leading to occupations that have been impacted by COVID-19. As part of this state program for Fall Semester 2021, Western Dakota Tech is offering three certificate programs in high-demand fields - EMT/Pre-Paramedic, Phlebotomy, and Plumbing.
