The following students graduated from Western Dakota Technical College (WDTC) following Spring Semester 2022.

SOUTH DAKOTA

Belle Fourche - Seth Dahlvang, Electrical Trades; Haile DuBry, Registered Nursing; Brad Huffman, Bookkeeping; Nadine Mart, Surgical Technology; Raegan Mullen, Entrepreneurship; Tiera Nikodym, Bookkeeping; Christopher Reeves, Automotive Technology; Justin Stender, Computer Science – Information Technology Specialist; and Minda Warns-Bartelt, Practical Nursing.

In a celebration similar to a college athletic singing, 82 individuals were recognized today, June 16, as full-ride Build Dakota Scholarship recipients for qualifying programs at Western Dakota Technical College (WDTC).

During the event, scholarship recipients signed Build Dakota Scholarship certificates, donned WDTC baseball caps, and received college pennants in front of an audience of family, friends, and industry scholarship sponsors.  

The need for more nurses in this area and throughout the nation is great. Western Dakota Technical College (WDTC) is helping to fill the much-needed careers with graduates of its Registered Nursing and Practical Nursing programs.

In honor of their completion of the WDTC Registered Nursing and Practical Nursing programs, 44 students received pins during a special ceremony on May 14. Receiving pins is a traditional symbolic welcoming of nursing graduates into the nursing field. Select students also received special awards.

Eight students recently graduated from Western Dakota Technical (WDT) College's Professional Truck Driving Program. These graduates will help fill the high and projected increasing need for truck drivers.
