Want to Earn College Credits in High School? Attend Dual Enrollment Information Night Dec. 13

Did you know area high school students can get a jump-start on college general courses or start a specific college program for free, or at a reduced cost, at Western Dakota Tech?

To learn more, register to attend Dual Enrollment Information Night starting at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 13, at Western Dakota Tech. Western Dakota Tech is located at 800 Mickelson Dr.

There are many benefits of Dual Enrollment for students, including: the opportunity to graduate faster by earning college credit while in high school, time and money savings, a chance to explore career fields, experience college on a campus setting, the availability of transferable general education classes, credit earned for passing a course and not just a test, and the ability to choose from more than 380 online and on-campus courses.

Students can register for Information Night on Western Dakota Tech's Career Exploration Camps website page at https://www.wdt.edu/future-students/career-exploration-camps.

For more information, call Nora Leinen, Western Dakota Tech Assistant Director of Dual Enrollment and Offsite Services, at (605) 718-2541 or email her at Nora.Leinen@wdt.edu.
