Limited Number of Apartments Available, Complete Interest Form Today
For the first time, WDTC is now offering a new, off-campus housing opportunity for full-time, Spring 2023 Semester students. Students can directly lease a limited number of apartments from the college at an affordable rate. The apartments are located on Mount Rushmore Road in Rapid City.
To be eligible, a WDTC student must be enrolled with 12 credits for the Spring 2023 Semester. Applicant requests will be considered as received.
Additional info:
- Cost is $2,800 per semester, per student occupant.
- Two students will be placed in each apartment.
- Spring semester lease dates: Jan. 7 – May 14, 2023.
- Roommate will be selected by WDTC.

Western Dakota Technical College (WDTC) was established in 1968 and is the only technical college serving the western South Dakota region.
