Bio:
Michele Klapprodt has been an instructor at Western Dakota Technical College (WDTC) since 1993. She began as an adjunct instructor teaching Anatomy & Physiology, Medical Terminology, Pathophysiology and Human Relations in the Workplace. She accepted a full-time position in 2018 as the Biological Science Program Director.
Klapprodt has a Bachelor's degree in Biological Science from South Dakota State University and a Master’s degree in Biological Science from Western Governors University. She is a WDTC Academic Advisor, and member of the following: Curriculum and Standards Committee, General Education Assessment and Advisory Board, and Program Review Board for the Nursing, Phlebotomy and Medical Lab Tech program.
Her science background in the field includes working as the Pathology assistant for the Clinical Laboratory of the Black Hills and Fuel-Ade Laboratory Supervisor.
