Dual Enrollment

Dual Enrollment allows high school juniors and seniors to enroll in courses at Western Dakota Technical College and earn credit for high school graduation as well as post-secondary credit from Western Dakota Technical College at the same time. In addition to earning dual credit, students have the opportunity to gain college-level experience and explore potential career fields while still in high school. This can give students a jump-start on their college careers, all while building confidence and saving on tuition. Any South Dakota student, who is at least a junior in good academic standing, can enroll in Dual Enrollment.
