WDTC Off-Campus Apartments
Western Dakota Technical College is offering off-campus housing* for the 2024-2025 academic year. The apartments, at The Sojourn, are four miles from the Rapid City campus and located at 2401 Mount Rushmore Road.
To be eligible, you must be a full-time student with at least 12 credits. Applicant requests will be considered as received.
- Double occupancy - $2,950 per semester, per student occupant.
- Two students will be placed in each apartment.
- Roommate will be selected by WDTC.
- Single occupancy - $5,900 per semester (based on availability).
*Western Dakota Technical College does not provide family housing and students are not required to live in student housing.

The Sojourn Apartment Features
Included in lease for fully furnished apartment: water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric, Wifi, and cable. Apartments are not wheelchair accessible.

Important Dates
- Limited units available, we encourage you to apply early.
- If selected for a room, payment in full for the fall semester or confirmation of funding source to WDTC Student Accounts is due July 15, 2024.
Application for 2024-2025 is NOW OPEN
- Read Student Housing Handbook (see below).
- Once accepted as WDTC Student, the Housing Application will show in your MyWDT account under the Housing tab.
- Complete application and submit $100 non-refundable application fee.
